How to play Rocket Ships

Effective push and glides are the foundations of streamlining in the water and learning the four strokes.

During Rocket Ships, a learner pushes off from poolside and glides as far as possible.

As they progress through the Learn to Swim Stage Awards, they can introduce a leg kick and arm action before rotating 180 degrees to return to poolside.
