Learn to Swim Programme Workshops

The Aquatic Competency Team deliver online workshops for Learn to Swim Programme providers across the four Frameworks. Led by our Aquatic Competency Development Lead, each session is developed in collaboration with you, ensuring specificity to your workforce's training and development needs.

Workshops available

Pre-school Framework Workshop: In this workshop you will learn how to effectively deliver the Swim England Pre-School Framework and how to gain maximum benefits for your business.

Learn to Swim Framework Workshop: In this workshop, you will learn how the framework teaches learners to swim using the core aquatic skills and the four strokes. You will get tips on how to keep your lessons fun and your learners engaged, and what impact this will have on your business.

Adult Swimming Framework Workshop: In this session you will learn how to implement the Swim England Adult Swimming Framework and importantly how it caters for a range of abilities: from non-swimmers and nervous swimmers to those who want to build confidence, and improve health, stroke skills and technique.

Water Safety Awards Workshop: The Water Safety Awards have been developed to increase the awareness and importance of water safety in a person’s swimming journey. In this workshop, you will learn how to effectively integrate and deliver the Water Safety Awards within your Learn to Swim Programme
