How to play Horse Race

During the horse race, learners move through the water on a noodle – either independently or assisted by an adult.

Learners race across the pool to be the first to the other side or the first to collect a toy.

As they move through the water, they will work on their coordination, buoyancy, balance, and also improve their kicking technique.
